Trauma Informed Yoga and Breathwork Trainer

Tiffany has been dubbed as a ‘Weaver of Magic’ and has a passion for holding space for the depths of emotional support, connection, embodiment and ceremony. As a Trauma Informed certified Yoga Trainer and Breathwork Facilitator, with over a decade of Teaching experience, she creates a safe environment that merges movement, breath, rhythm and flow in all of her offerings. In 2013, she founded AquaHolic Journey as an Elevated Wellness platform that currently hosts global Yoga Alliance Accredited YTT’s, SUP Yoga certifications, Wellness Retreats, Corporate Mindfulness Workshops, and Women’s circles worldwide. Tiffany founded SOL Tuned courses to empower and heal others.

Topics Covered

After completing this training, you will qualify for certification, and the Yoga Alliance recognizes this course as 20 hours of CEUs. You do not need to be a certified yoga teacher to attend the course for personal development, and no yoga experience is required.

Sol Tuned Trauma Informed Yoga and Somatic Healing Course: Where to begin?! Wow, this course was everything I needed at exactly the moment I needed it. I've had an extremely tough few months dealing with post partum all while my body has been healing after an emergency c-section. I have been moving slowly but surely in the right direction. This program has not only helped me physically but mentally. I love that materials are able to be downloaded so I can utilize them over and over again. I will need them. I have done the yoga, and since then, I have noticed my back doesn't hurt where it used to. I've been able to reconnect with my body and have been more mindful of my movements. Also, I have been very invested in breathing correctly with my exercising that it's going pretty well. I still have a lot to learn. However, with this course, I'm on the right track to improving myself. I no longer fear the possibility of birthing another baby in my future, I have been able to accept my birth experience in a positive manner. My mindset has improved. I had lost confidence in myself, always doubling or second guessing. With this program, I was given the tools to help me improve and channel those thoughts in a more positive manner. Thank you, I honestly am not sure if I would be this far into my recovery if it weren't for this course. Six months post partum completing the course I am in a better spot health and ability wise. Before, I didn't think it was possible to be able to get through a day without being in pain or uncomfortable. Thank you for your help, I am beyond grateful for what I have been taught. You have given me these priceless tools to continue my recovery journey. I am confident that with the lessons you have provided me, I WILL continue to succeed.

This online Trauma Informed Yoga Training changed so much about me and the way I teach yoga. I now have a greater awareness of Trauma, the nervous system and how to teach in a trauma sensitive way. This training gave me the tools to learn how to soothe my own system and the nervous systems of others. Applying this information in my offerings has been a critical transformation for myself and my clients. Learning how to teach kids yoga in this way also gave me confidence to care for and teach the littles in my life :). The layout and videos that make up this training are engaging and well produced.
